I just want to share my new environment concept called "Paraiso" meaning paradise, a mattepainting/digitalpainting inspired from the movie Avatar and from the great mountains of China, Palawan Philippines, Vietnam, and Thailand.

EXPOSÉ 10 Featured artworks

For the last decade, Ballistic has released the Computer Graphics industry must have, digital art annual: EXPOSÉ. The latest instalment of the Finest Digital Art in the Known Universe brings together a record number of inspiring works from not only the giants of the entertainment industry, but also many rising stars.

EXPOSÉ 10 is the largest EXPOSÉ to date with 288 pages, and features a record-smashing 548 images by 380 artists. EXPOSÉ 10 draws artists from every continent on Earth (except Antarctica), making it the most diverse collection of styles and cultural influences, and a true depiction of the worldwide digital art community. Ballistic has also, for the first time, included a commemorative Honor Roll that lists all of the artists that have been featured in all EXPOSÉ books from one through to ten. EXPOSÉ 10 - there is nothing else quite like it.

Surrender of the Ashed Sanctuary

The Story:

Back from the obligatory worship in the mountains of Sartocampo, Arthuluccio, the leader of the of the obscene Antisanti cult, was stunned by the state of their sanctuary destroyed to ashes by the knights of Salvicristi.

All his people were burned inside the edifice while they were in a big preparation for the offering of the most beautiful man of the land to the evil god Narcisterrono. This happens on the 13 th Friday of the hidden 13th month every 13 years. The ritual for the offering was unfulfilled and this means great fall on the power of their evil god.

Arthuluccio fled surrendering the sanctuary that was reduced to ashes, determined to seek revenged to the people fighting the power of the Antisanti and lay upon them the rage of evil Narcisterrono.

Another version  with dragon! =) but i like the first one.

  Fantasy environment concept.

 This is a personal art i did during my free time, it was a speed painting and later on i  just wanted to keep it  more detail and added interesting subjects. My goal in this image is to achieve the depth and atmospheric perspective. It was fun and i really enjoy it, i like the outcome. I hope you will like it.

Also, just a quick sketch a one hour speed painting, this is a work in  progress,

 again i will continue this later and make it more epic. :)
