Here's another fantasy environment concept, completion time 2 days.

started grayscale speed painting

adding details

copy the grayscale layer for backup then  color it in  curves settings  blue first then, green and red channel.

now, adjusting the contrast in levels settings

now polished it by adding highlights using 

color dodge, screen and hardlight mode brush settings. That's it!
